Heating is by a huge wood biomass boiler on the farm and wood burners in sitting rooms. Kindling and logs are in the fire and in the basket and lots outside for during your stay. Cottage is always cosy for your arrival.

In the bedroom – Beds are prepared with lovely linen, towels, hair dryer.

In the bathroom – loo roll, soap, shower gel and shampoo dispenser, hand towel, bathmat, two towels per person on the heated towels rail, tissues.

In the laundry – washing machine, soap powder.

Washing line nearby for drying clothes, clothes pegs, Iron & ironing board,

In the kitchen – Electric cooker, microwave, fridge & freezer, slow cooker, DeLonge coffee maker, cafetiere, Under the sink – fairy liquid, jif, sanitizer, oven gloves, cloths, tea towel,

On the tray -, tea, ground coffee, biscuits, jam, porridge oats (grown on the farm), salt, pepper and prosecco.

In the drawer – Kitchen paper, cling film, tin foil.

Lockable farm shed for bikes. 

Sainsburys, Tesco and Asda deliver groceries if you would like to book a deliver to come once you arrive

Sainsburys and Lidls are located in Kelso 3 miles away
